What kind of dipping sauce do you eat with Breadsticks?

To be honest, great bread sticks don't need dipping sauce.

I've only had great breadsticks at one location. There used to be (maybe still is) a little hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in Vevay, Indiana...called Roxano's. Soft, pillowy strips of dough lightly sprinkled with Parmessan cheese that were to die for. And as great as they were (are?)...if you dipped them in garlic butter...holy moly, your tongue would slap your brain silly they were so much better.

I'm not ashamed to admit it, but there were several times that for lunch, all I'd have was an order of breadsticks and a glass of sweet tea. :lol2:
