How Do You Do Lunch at Work?

Are you a go out to lunch every day guy/gal?

Do you treat yourself once or twice a week? Once or twice a month?

Are you a strictly bring your lunch person?

I bring my lunch most days. I have 2 scheduled lunch meetings each week, but I always make sure I have non-perishible lunch options available in case those fall through. We have an employee dining room that offers lunch, but it's not the healtheist option most days. We can eat up to 3 meals a day for $2 day. I would totally do 2 if everything wasn't fattening.

My boss and I usually go out to lunch 1 or 2 days a week. Alot of times various vendors will bring us in lunch.

I am fortunate enough to be able to drive home for lunch. I value the ability to decompress each work day.

I try to limit going out to lunch to 1 and sometimes 2 times a week.

I am very much a bring my lunch. I'd stay I maybe go out to grab lunch once every 3-4 weeks.

It varies for me. I haven't eaten out for lunch in a long time, but there will be two or three week stretches where I eat out every day.

I go out for lunch 1-2 times a month on average. Not a lot of good options near my office which definitely helps fight the urge to go and grab something.

Bring my lunch.

Intermittent fasting, no need to worry about breakfast or lunch everyday. Takes a lot of the small stresses out of life.

Packer. Every day.

I work in an office 2 days a week and I pack those days. The other 3/4 days I work from home and cook. Haven't ate out for lunch in a long, long time.

I work from home four days a week. Most often I eat at my desk and use lunch to get a workout in or run errands. Tuesday I have to go into the main office. We go out as a team every Tuesday.

Bring my lunch.

Go out to lunch about 90% of the time. Mainly as a reason to get out of the office, I start getting a little crazy if I sit at my desk all day.
