How Do You Do Lunch at Work?

If I could have it my way it would be Chipotle everyday for lunch but seeing as that's not practical I probably eat out 1-2 times a week for lunch.

Working noon to midnight i typically will eat lunch and dinner out. I do a lot of salads or chipotle bowl type meals(never eat the whole thing).

 

Trying to meal prep more but there seems to be a bit of a learning curve with that.

I walk upstairs, open the fridge and cook whatever I want. Prior to working at home though, I did eat out almost everyday. Now that I see how much money I'm saving, I'm kicking myself for all the money I wasted over the previous 25 years on fast/takeout food. I've been saving the money I used to spend on food since the beginning of the year and have banked nearly $600. I'd say, conservatively it's cost me about $50k over the years to eat out for lunch nearly every day while at work.

 

I do travel a few days a month to meet with clients, but those meals get expensed on the company credit card.

Only get 30 minutes for lunch if I am lucky, so I pack. Plus, I eat healthier than if I pack. When we order take out, it usually isn't salad.

Out to lunch maybe a couple days a week. It's an excuse to get out of my windowless room for 30 minutes or so on a nice Friday.

Used to eat out most days. Went on a diet a couple years ago and tend to make one of my favorites at the house versus going out. When I worked in an office I always ate out.

Intermittent fasting, no need to worry about breakfast or lunch everyday. Takes a lot of the small stresses out of life.
