What two sides do you prefer with Fried Chicken?

You can only pick two.

I'm going with Biscuits and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy.

What say you?

Mashed potatoes/white gravy and Brown beans.

I'm an old school Kentuckian, give me mashed potatoes (with gravy) and cole slaw.

Also, baked beans and corn on the cob are acceptable extras.

Mac and Cheese and greens.

Exactly except I prefer the corn off the cob if we get extras.

First I'm going to argue with the OP premises that a biscuit is a side. Typcially at most chicken joints the biscuit / roll etc. comes in addition to the one or two sides that come with the meal.

As far as the answer to the question, if eating out it probably depends on where I am at. Most places would probably be mashed potatoes w/ gravy and green beans. However, at Popeyes I often opt for the red beans and rice, and at Bojangles its dirty rice every time.

It depends whether it's made at home or if I'm eating out but mash potatoes and gravy is a must. Second side would be fresh green beans with chopped bacon if its homemade, coleslaw if I'm eating out. Most restaurant (particularly fast food) green beans are flavorless.

Mashed potatoes with giblet gravy and corn on the cob. In a pinch, ABA.

Anything but asparagus.

Mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw would be my choices. I don't consider bread a choice. It comes automatically with the chicken.
