September 5, 20197 yr You can only pick two. I'm going with Biscuits and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. What say you?
September 5, 20197 yr I'm an old school Kentuckian, give me mashed potatoes (with gravy) and cole slaw. Also, baked beans and corn on the cob are acceptable extras.
September 5, 20197 yr I hate these posts as they always make me hungry. I guess I'm going to Remke's for lunch today.

September 5, 20197 yr First I'm going to argue with the OP premises that a biscuit is a side. Typcially at most chicken joints the biscuit / roll etc. comes in addition to the one or two sides that come with the meal. As far as the answer to the question, if eating out it probably depends on where I am at. Most places would probably be mashed potatoes w/ gravy and green beans. However, at Popeyes I often opt for the red beans and rice, and at Bojangles its dirty rice every time.
September 5, 20197 yr It depends whether it's made at home or if I'm eating out but mash potatoes and gravy is a must. Second side would be fresh green beans with chopped bacon if its homemade, coleslaw if I'm eating out. Most restaurant (particularly fast food) green beans are flavorless.
September 5, 20197 yr Mashed potatoes with giblet gravy and corn on the cob. In a pinch, ABA. Anything but asparagus.
September 6, 20197 yr Mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw would be my choices. I don't consider bread a choice. It comes automatically with the chicken.
