From what I've heard SC tried to throw the ball a whole lot more then they usually do in the first half and that led to turnovers. If that's true one has to wonder why the change of game plan.

First; one has to know what a “whole lot more” means. Scott County has a very efficient and potent passing attack despite not slinging it around the yard 40-60% of their snaps like most would think it takes to have an effective passing game.

Not more than usual, just a couple badly timed shot plays that they must of thought were gonna be open and we’re blanketed and thrown anyways. One was a tipped ball by a DE picked by another DL. Turnovers killed SC, could have went to halftime 14-7 but instead had to try and climb back from 27-7 in 2nd half. Have to give props to X for capitalizing on all of the turnovers, that is what great teams do.

“We are 63-2 against Kentucky schools over the past 7 years in the regular season, but we are 0-10 against the Cincinnati and Louisville private schools." Got to love it when coaches take credit for a win but won't own a defeat. Hmmm... maybe if you don't call two pass plays deep in your own territory late in the half which lead to 13 quick points for your opponent things would be different. X was better prepared = X victory.

I know who Scott County should be scheduling to get better.

Boo hoo. Sounds like it might be time for a new coach. The head coach at the largest high school in the state has that bad a record against good competition? :sssh:
