They aren't holding it against Ohio St. because their best player was hurt against VaTech.....but are giving them MORE credit because they are on their 3rd string QB.

Agree. Co-champion label may have been the decider. Its OK to not have a championship game but have a tie-breaker system to address the situation of this year. Baylor should have been named THE B12 Champion - and then they have a stronger case to get in.

Agreed, but still probably wouldn't have been good enough. Have a conference championship game; that gets the champ another quality opponent on the resume.

I think they got the correct four teams in the correct order; although an argument could be made for Oregon over Alabama.

Big 12 got greedy. They tried to help TCU by not declaring Baylor the outright champion and it may have cost them getting either team in. Baylor's coach was NOT happy it either. Rightfully so IMO.

Baylor beat 2 top 10 teams, OSU 1, and TCU 0. OSU also has the worst loss by far and plays in the worst conference of all three teams. Seems pretty clear who has the best resume.
