Chase Porter is a heck of a kid and a heck of a player. Pleasure to watch him develop for 4 years.

Fake News

AAU 7v7 will ruin football so good. 7v7 is not football.

Overtime, one or two of them

It's almost March, stinks they don't have a guy.

There are two types of coaches, those who've been fired and those who will be. Can't blame any coach for trying to have "feelers" out there at all times.

Tanner Duncan signed with Morehead State. OL from East Carter.

Can't blame the kid if he enjoys a recruiting visit to his home school. Maybe he is doubting his decision, maybe he knows he is staying at Bama. Either way can't blame him.

Hope he makes it to the league. Absolutely ridiculous he didn't end up FBS. Kentucky will look like fools in a few years, as will Louisville

You can't miss on kids like him in state. Hope he kicks butt down there in much better weather

Did they offer his buddy Horton while there?

Zack Moore was doing in home recruiting visits this week, he isn't gone.

No he's still there.

"Shame on you Rowan County"

Strong incoming freshman class headlined by Latavius (I could be butchering that) Cline. The RB will be the best player in the area by his junior or senior year. Peyton Brown is a really good running back heading into his senior year. A lot of young talent on this team though

Do you all think it will get better for the schools situations/coaching situations after having so many jobs come open this year?

He's a players coach

He's coached MS ball before but he's coached varsity ball, he was a varsity assistant at Boyd the past two years and coached varsity ball at East as well

Dave Manning is the new hire for about County. Boyd will receive consistency, and a coach that players will want to play for.

Best player in the state played on the defensive line for Belfry, Horton.

Like I said earlier, they better hope they haven't already purchased jerseys. 3 sets of adidas uniforms seems like it would be crazy expensive to have go to waste!

Better hope they didn't purchase all of the uniforms already. Ridiculous

Garry's a good guy as well. Idk exactly what happened in that situation, but it's ridiculous how much the McPeeks are blamed for a Musick issue. That stuff was happening before the McPeeks got there

Any idea how many assistant coaches will be in the building as teachers? Also, did/will they hire teachers fresh or did/will they just reassign people in the district?

Those look great
