Exactly this. I do agree that Raceland would likely win, but West will still be faster than the Rams this year. Raceland will be the better team this year (unlike last year). Both teams could win their respective districts this year in my opinion

If this game was played later in the year it would be different. West is still figuring stuff out on offense, and Raceland will probably win this won by a few scores. West is well coached though, and I'll be rooting for them. Good luck to both!

I think you're thinking of Jacob McKee, I am almost positive he was a 3/4 year starter but he graduated. Whoever gets the nod at QB for Russell will be fortunate enough to have Nick Conley to make it easier on him.

Lose a ton of speed but they still have a ton of talent. Ethan is only a pinch slower than Braden, and Braden's brother Peyton will be be back too a long with a lot of other players that can contribute. Dalton Whitt transferred from East to West and will help out. I think they'll be just fine over on the West end of Carter County.
