I thought I had heard Powell was supposed to be improved this year? Are they not?

They lost 37-0 to Casey County on their own home field, a team that defeated Powell 36-13 on Casey's home field last season...Only had 46 passing yards and a little over 100 rushing yards...

West Carter's defense and athletes will be to much for Powell.
