Solid win for the Rams. Must convert on TDs... Good thing is it's early and plenty of time to work on it..

I look forward to see how they respond in a tough environment next week.

Raceland used a massive OL and it's depth to wear down a stubborn West Carter team.

The Rams will have to greatly improve from wk1 to wk. 2 to stay with the Tomcats next week.

B. Walker was a workhorse on running the ball. IMO Raceland needs to shore up some dropped passes, should've had 3 more TD's at least ..jmo

I want to give a big ol' :thumb: to the West Carter kids .. they were wearing down, cramping up on a much deeper, bigger Rams team and they never quit. Pulling out a late score. West plays hard.

Raceland's B. Walker ran for 187 yds.

N. Davidson threw for 167 yds. (I think that's what I heard)

The score is not indicative of how dominant Raceland's defense was last night. West Carter has a nice team and will only get better as the year progresses.

West Carter has a solid defense and they swarm to the ball. I was very impressed with Coach Brown and his team. They have good skill kids. They'll be tough to beat in their District.

Gotta ean things up in the recieving corps. Game should have been a running clock in the 2nd quarter. 3 wide open TDs dropped. Nathaniel had all day and is putting the ball on the money. Skill guys have to make the catches.

This was an excellent game, it wasn't a running clock type of game. Raceland could have caught some balls. Also West Carter could have not turned the ball over twice. Raceland's depth over matched the Comets in this one.

I agree. Mistakes made on both teams. I thought it was an evenly matched game. Raceland has too much depth. Also, our guys are in very good shape. We condition very well. It's hard to play 48 minutes and not cramp.
