Kentucky/Michigan State tips off around 9:30 pm on ESPN on 11/5.

Game 1 Between Kansas and Duke tips about 7pm.

Some news that broke today is that Guard Josh Langford for MSU is out indefinitely with foot problems and will be re-evaluated in January.

Langford is a stud. Hate to hear that, would have loved to played them at full strength.

The Langford news changes things for sure. I'm not as high on UK as some, but I will take the Cats by 4 with Langford out.

It's early in the season so nothing will surprise me. I'm hoping UK comes out focused and as mentally prepared as they say they are going into the season.

I am really looking forward to this game.

The Champions Classic is such a great kickoff to the basketball season.

UK is way over ranked per usual to begin the season. The Cats will improve as they do every year, but this game might be a lot like last year's game against Duke. Kentucky just has no post game IMO.

I am not sure if this is your usual reverse psychology post, or if you are serious on this one. Since MSU is really good and that could happen again this year like it happened last year against Duke.

With that said I don't think UK has made a final four since you started these types of post a few years ago. So obviously in the long run, this hasn't worked lol.

Watched the blue-white game, (yes, I know it is a scrimmage but you can still tell some things), if Richards and Montgomery play like they did that night it’s really going to be an up and down year.

Not sure the extent of Richards injury, but my daughter saw him yesterday riding a golf cart to his classes.
