Worst Bengals team in history?

On pace to score less than 300 points on the season and showing little signs of hope. So Bengal fan's is this the worst team in Bengals history?

The only reason I hesitate at this point is that they’ve been in most every game. But there’s no doubt this team is in the discussion.

No, not that I'm defending this team, but they're not the worst in history.

They are so bad. Season tickets are only going to get even worse next year. Had several families in the section I consistently work tell me that they are done at the end of the year.

We really need Miami to win a game.

Dave Shula year she were pretty bad.

I’ve seen them all guys, this IS the worst team in history as of right now, they could change that but I don’t see it happening.

I cannot remember a Bengals offense worse than this one. As bad as the linebackers are, the defense has actually held up well considering they are on the field 2/3rds of every game.

It's pretty bad. While I know there are several on here that are going to lay this at the feet of Dalton, I think this offense has been hampered by two things...one is the poor offensive line play, the second is the inability (unwillingness?) for the coaching staff to adjust. We have the AFC rushing leader from just LAST YEAR, getting 2 yards (on 10 carries) and 10 yards (on 8 carries) the past two games. Mixon didn't forget how to run. This line play is horrible.

 

And where the heck is Tyler Eifert in this offense? If you are going to waste talent/mismatches like that in your scheming, then you need to go ahead and trade him now. I'm sure the Hoodie would love to have him.

Dalton can still hit that crossing route if he has time. If he is under the least bit of pressure, he exhibits a great deal of fear and indecision which usually leads to a big mistake (like yesterday in the span of five plays).

As other teams are making trades to stack draft picks for future success the Bengals refuse to work in the trade market....

I will say, watching the Bengals the few moments I have, they have flashes where they look like a professional team. More than I can say for Miami and Washington. I don't see them as historically bad, but yeah, they are horrible.
