All State Baseball
Weak. Surely Cal could out something together better than this.

Mack The Knife
How many other schools play six Power 5 Conference schools out of conference? Not to mention CBS Sports ranks Michigan State #1, Louisville #4, Texas Texas Tech #13, and Ohio State #21...
sportsfan41
Any idea when the games in Vegas will go on sale? I've been looking since May and still haven't found anything.
Voice of Reason
Weak. Surely Cal could out something together better than this. UK's strength of schedule is usually one of the best in the nation. I think we will look back at the end of the year and this schedule will be right there.

As far as season ticket holders go, probably not worth the price although Louisville helps. I'm curious if the home schedule improves once the Rupp Arena renovations are complete. All State Baseball
Not to mention CBS Sports ranks Michigan State #1, Louisville #4, Texas Texas Tech #13, and Ohio State #21... Those are the only out of conference schedule games they will have problems with. The rest should be cake walk. Like I said its weak.
The Double Deuce
The Louisville game is in Rupp. So....not a single road game in the non-conference? Interesting.

Pretty much the same type of schedule every team has...most have only 1 or 2 decent out of conference games. UK at least has 6.

The Double Deuce
Texas Tech game is on the Road I think. After conference play has already started, sorry, I should have been more specific. It very well may be, but in late January, UK will have already played a road SEC game at that point.

Weak to the eye, but hardly weak comparatively.
All State Baseball
I get it. Most teams water down the schedule some but I would have swapped a Duke, UNC, Indiana, Baylor, Kansas, UCLA, Cincinnati, Michigan with a couple of those smaller teams. But hey that's just me I guess. That would be awesome, but do you think these teams are looking to do the same? It takes two to tango. It wasn't Calipari saying, "hey, let's play Lamar instead of Duke."
