bellalumni40
I believe Bo has struggled with his grades as well and also was out past curfew several times, though not always caught. It's a shame Bo didnt make the most of the second chance he got on a football career after the incident from a couple of years ago. He was another talented guy who wasted it. ram95
That is really bad for UK. He was about the best defensive player on the team. Much bigger loss then Ravi Moss.

ram95
What happened to Ravi Moss? I hadn't heard yet.He took payment for appearences during the UK barnstroming events after the Basketball season was over, and as such indangered his amature status, therefore the NCAA declared him ineligible for the first six games, unless they can find another magic fax in Tubby's desk . Actually it could be a blessing in disguise if there are more WR injuries early in the season and he gets the time to learn the position, he could be coming in at a good time for UK. Tubby just received a magical fax that said all the payments were made in Monopoly money, which does not count.
stick1
Unreal! I was looking forward to seeing what he could do his Senior year! Smith is a tough loss for the Cats!
oldrambler
Very tough loss, it is no secret that the Cats are already "thin" in numbers and talent. This just makes it worse. On the other hand, if the kid didn't have enough respect for team policies / rules we don't want or need that kind of attitude no matter how good he is or how much that he could have helped. MountainThunder
Hate to see this for the team and the kid, but rules are rules and Coach Brooks has shown that he will enforce the team rules, even on players they really do need. On the upside, this means we could see a lot more of David Jones and that could be exciting.
