Kim Kardashian. Yeah, she's not a singer or actor but she's tried her hand at both and that's good enough for me to include her.

Not really much of an actor, but if Andrew Dice Clay had never had a career, I'd be completely fine.

Musically, even groups/singers I don't like much, generally have at least a song or two that I can appreciate. I can't think of anyone I dislike enough to wish their career didn't exist.
