Atherton ends the state's second longest losing streak at 27 games with the win.

This is not a good sign for KCD.

Alright, Atherton!

Atherton has a winning record(1-0) for the first time in how long?

GOOO Rebels!

Since 2002 (Atherton opened that season with a thunderous 41-6 win over Shawnee).

Go Highlands!

... the Louisville Highlands, that is.

Go Atherton.

Congrats Atherton!

And this game will be on Insight TV tomorrow night - tape delayed.

Wow, an Atherton win and TV!

Great job Coach Matt Brown. Keep up the great work with the kids @ Atherton.

this may not be the last this season, one win vs. Breck. Co. will get them a playoff spot!

I was the OC at Atherton when they won thier last game before last night (a 34-14 win vs. Moore in 2004), the kids that are seniors were freshmen then. I know how much pride they will have Monday, being able to hold thier heads up walking into school.

Congrats Coach Brown and Rebs.
