That pic is one of the reasons I like that Calimari (see, already got a fun nickname and everything!) is at UK... Pitino > Calipari. Pitino is WAY >>>>> Calipari. Another reason I like it is that we can now officially have UofL and UK mafias... UofL Goomba right here, baby... maybe I can work my way up in the 'family'. ANOTHER reason I like it is because Gillespi was getting just as much hype, and unlike UofL fans, UK fans have instantly forgotten about him altogether. This rivalry just got way more fun.:popcorn:

As physical as this game was, there really seemed to be a lot of good sportsmanship, and you've got to respect Syracuse for giving as much as they did with the amount of exhaustion they undoubtedly had. GO CARDS! VERY GOOD chance at a #1 overall seed. Definite? No. But VERY GOOD.

I liked it.

I honestly can't blame her. Anyone who's actually kept tabs of the stadium the past 10 years has seen some incredible renovations and improvements as part of Eagle Scout projects, booster club plans, etc. The Stadium has improved 1000% with all the efforts that have been put forth. The lights are only going to be part of it. I'm proud of all that's been accomplished at Manual Stadium.

I don't remember the exact details, but I know it was all about money. It is no shock to me that they're just getting around to it (but I never thought the lights were as bad as many have stated - not being a homer, either, I honestly never thought they were a problem until after reading comments from other posters so long ago).

The subtext being that Manual is in fact LACKING in excellence of education because of it's lack of tuition? :ohbrother: Nevermind... too much potential for threadjacking. I don't think the economic crisis has hurt the Jefferson County private sector so much, but I can't speak for NKY.
