I think a lot of that stuff ended in 2007-08 with the recession, from what I've been told.

 

I think before that. We ere going out in the late 90s and early 2000s. Never really found the vaunted dirt cheap buffetts. We hit one at one time and hated it - maybe we just avoided them after that.

 

We liked the resturants in the Cesar shops. Not dirt cheap, but not like the room service at the Mandalay.

I'll allow that you could be right. I've never been to Vegas and I'm just going on what friends and family who go on the regular have told me. They're not the types like me who would go wandering into the seedier parts of town.

I had some good nights down there as well as one bad night that'll never leave my mind. I will say the buffet was legit (and I'm pretty picky when it comes to food quality) though and then after that I would just go to the bar and watch sports while giving them their $20 back on the video slots. Tip my bar tender and call it a night. The company paid for our rooms at a nearby Super 8 or something like that then gave us $50 a day per diem, so even after the $20 on the card and my tip I still came out ahead or at least broke even on the per diem for the day.

Will offer this up. Started to last night but it seemed unconfirmed but there are more reports indicating issues at other hotels Sunday night.

 

Las Vegas: Bellagio Hotel Guests And Staff Confirm Multiple Shooters

 

“This was NOT all done by one shooter. News and LVPD are not reporting this correctly,” said Rene Downs.

“I don’t know about the other hotels but I do know about the Bellagio. I hit the floor and Daniel jumped on top of me.”

 

Here is her video. Go to 3:51 for a synopsis. At 4:07 she is talking to an employee who is part of a detail in front of the casino entrance (the gaming area) and she says - "what they are reporting on the news is incorrect." His response is simply - "yes". She goes on to explain what happened at the front of the Bellagio near the Petrossian lounge.

 

 

 

Time is running 'counter' stories to this - declaring these stories as hoaxes.

There isn't evidence of shots fired at other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip Sunday night, nor is there evidence that the shooter was linked to Muslim terrorists.

Eli Mazor • a day ago I was at the Bellagio during the incident, about 50 minutes after I went to the Bellagio snack shop, few minutes after I heard screaming behind me, I looked to the back and I saw a lot of people running in panic, two second after I heard about 5 gun shots, everyone ducked down at the snack shop, the people that worked there told us come from here and let us go through the back door.

 

 

Everyone was panicking the security guys were there and they lead us to the the back of the hotel and we ended outside of the hotel.

 

 

After the incident I talked with the security guy and asked him about the shooting, he told me that nothing happened and it was only one shorter at the Mandalay bay, I told them that I know how gunshots sound like, and the security guy looked at me and told me "I can't talk about it since I don't want to create a panic".

 

 

I am trying to find out for 3 days already what happened and somehow they are hiding it.

Call me crazy, call me dramatic, call me whatever you want. I'm posting this for those of us who were on the strip Sunday night, who know what we saw and what we were told by police officers, security guards, and even the local news when all of this madness started. And I am posting this in hopes of informing others who have believed everything they've seen on the news. If while leaving the Cosmopolitan, we had been told there was one shooting at the Mandalay Bay, Anthony and I would have not been worried for our lives and we would have continued to go out, knowing we weren't headed to that particular area of the strip. But that's not what we were told. We were told that there were 7 confirmed shooters, and confirmed deaths at multiple hotels. Including Bellagio, the Aria and New York New York. Being told this by a security guard, who then told us to go to the third floor for safety.

Running back to our hotel next door, Vdara, we are told once again by police/security checking our id and room key, "yes multiple hotels effected. Go to your room and do not leave." We then get to the room, immediately turn on the news and start watching out of our windows to figure out what is going on. The news also states, live, that the Bellagio had been effected and there was one confirmed death.

Now the 'Taxi Driver' comments early in her video make more sense.

 

Her video starts with what is clearly nearby gun fire. One can here gun fire in the distance at the same time as well. Most have written that off as 'echoes'. But there are no other big mega hotels nearby. Its not a canyon of buildings like NYC. Its not echoes.

 

There is more distant automatic fire that does not match any nearby shooting at at 0:49 she says - "now its further away."

 

If the reports of multiple attacks on multiple hotels is correct then the confusing part of the opening of the famous "Taxi Driver" now fits the possible circumstances. The distance firing was not echoes - but actual separate attack locations.

For you conspiracy theorists, why would police cover up a separate shooting? And why did no one record the second shooting ?

Heard an authority comment that as victims of the shooting went into other hotels and said they had been shot, people thought they meant at that particular hotel and panic followed. I am sure it is just a cover up to the conspiracy theory.

This makes a lot more sense IMO.

 

If it were multiple hotels, isn’t it ironic that the victims were concert goers? Has anyone of the 500 injured stated they were in their hotel and were wounded there by an assailant?

There is also recorded police scanner reports that match the situation and local news footage showing at least mass panic in the Aria (at Ms. Raulerson's FB page).

I posted in the other thread, had a friend down the strip and as reports leaked someone came in yelling there was a shooter in their hotel and evertone should run. Cops, security, patrons were all saying it. He helped an older couple who had been knocked down, figured it was too late to run so he hide behind a column. No shooter came in. Mass hysteria!! He said dealers, pit bosses and gamblers left money on the tables. The injured count will be very high for non gun shot wounds if they ever release that info.

As for the taxi video. Ever heard a gun shot from different angles? I’ve been hunting and it seemed like the gun was very close to me if shot in my direction. Seems further away if the gun was shooting away from me. The 2 angles of the windows would alter the sound. Notice the change of the sound when the cabbie starts to drive. It changes again.

Good point.

 

However, there are many people that are simply prone to gravitate toward conspiracy theories regardless of the evidence. The biggie is the JFK assassination but there's also the Sandy Hook murders, the moon landings, Iluminati, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, chemtrails from planes, etc.

 

It can be guaranteed that there's already a host of individuals gathering biased and fake information and creating a narrative of conspiracy in the Las Vegas shooting. Books and documentaries are already being planned.
