The taxi driver video who was waiting in the MB lot is the only video that is questionable to me.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist at all, but I do have one question. Typically after something like this, or any high profile case, there is video released of the suspect at or near the scene. In this instance, there is plenty of video from 2013 of him at another casino that he sued due to a slip and fall, yet I haven't seen a single image of him at or near the Mandalay Bay? There were rumors that there was a female companion that was with him while at the hotel, yet there are no images of her either? I'm not saying there is any conspiracy due there not being any images released, I just find it odd given the fact that there should be tons of images and video of his weekend in Vegas.

Dude just shot a whole lot of people. Police are keeping info tight to their chests for a while. They have the videos from the hotel, they have the videos from the room. We may never see some of it.

I get that, but it seems like in recent years, including police involved shootings there is video released rather quickly. In this instance there has been no video or images released other than the leaked pictures of him dead in the hotel room. With those being leaked, it's surprising that pictures or video of him at the hotel or anywhere else in Vegas that night while still alive haven't been leaked as well.

If it was one where a guy is in kaki and crouching with a gun out, and a flash of light - we dealt with that one earlier.

 

It’s a security person and the flashes weren’t gun fire but lights. Bluegrasscard found a better video of same scene revealing it all.

While I agree. I could certainly understand why he would want to stay out of the lime light given the circumstances.

The short clips of this are deceiving and looks horrific.

 

Here is a one that has the sequence and visual that there are no casualties.

 

Start at 0:52 - flash looks real bad. Videoer turns away for a few moments but as they pan back the officer is walking by at 1:04 and at 1:10 they original area is back in full view - no one down.

Similar to the 'Taxi' video this one has volleys that seem to be at best odd.

 

Start at 1:59 or earlier. At 2:01 one sequence, at 2:05 a different sounding sequence.

 

Other sequences of interest at 0:15 and 0:25.

I think a lot of that stuff ended in 2007-08 with the recession, from what I've been told.

When Jackie Cerone and Joey Aiuppa went to prison it crippled the midwest mafia, as they were the brains behind everything. I think there were 40 total that went to prison. The movie Casino is semi-factual in how this transpired.

 

On a side note. The Motel 6 on Koval Lane (the road parrallel to the strip behind the Tropicana) still does a nice steak special. It's not advertised, you have to know to ask. Last time I was there it was $7.95 for a 10oz top sirloin, baked potato, salad, and Texas toast. Sit at the bar and play some video poker or slots and get a couple of beers for free.

Go look at other events, like Sandy Hook. Many believe these are military exercises gone haywire. We talked about it in a thread not too long ago.

The new security guard timeline makes this video more 'odd'. Today the story changed from the security guard getting shot while the overall shooting was going to now being shot (with 200 rounds) 6 minutes before the overall shooting started.

 

But this now nullifies the best (but still very poor) explanation of the 'further away' shots in the Taxi Cab video at the 0:48 mark. In the first synched video composite I posted the creator of that video even adds wording "gunmen is firing inside hotel". But that is now not meshing with the new timeline where the security guard is shot at 9:59 and not 10:18 as originally reported last week.

10:18pm: Security officer tells the officers he was shot and gives them the exact location of the suspect's room.

 

Not sure how they get this this wrong for a week. But not much coming out right now.
