Jackie Ed
Reading on Barstool sports, article says an announcement could be made by as early as tomorrow. Can't find anything on it other than that though
Jumper_Dad
I know they asked for a 2 day delay on the deadline...I'm guessing they move also, but I hope that they don't.
ColonelCrazy
I thought I saw on the bottom line that the NFL extended the deadline to 1/17/17.
spindoc
Sounds like it's a done deal. Chargers owner to tell staff of plans to move team to Los Angeles - NFL.com
nkypete
Hollywood doesn't deserve two NFL teams (excuse me, Hollyweed).
CincySportsFan
So, if LA now has two teams, are the Raiders moving to Las Vegas then?
Wireman
The Chargers will be playing in the Galaxy's stadium for the next 2 seasons.
sweet16
Hollywood doesn't deserve two NFL teams No, they don't. didn't support the Rams why would they support the Chargers. I hate it for the cities that lose their teams.

I don't necessarily disagree, but it's not like these cities (specifically San Diego) are really supporting them either...
Getslow
The Chargers will be playing in the Galaxy's stadium for the next 2 seasons. Wow. The StubHub Center is not particularly big. I can't imagine it even holds 30k. Tiny stadium by NFL standards.
Irish Cat
They should share a stadium. Dodge would be perfect to buy the naming rights.

HSfootballfan18
I dont understand why teams move and are able to keep the same name. I know the team name rights are for the owners but I hate seeing it. Hell Cleveland moved to baltimore and made the ravens, Houston to tenn and made the titans! I guess the rams were the LA rams back in the day before moving to stl.
NamecipS
How long before one or both move again? This is dumb for many reasons. No way LA will support two football teams. LA's a basketball and baseball city. LA Chargers? please When teams move cities, they should have to rebrand the entire organization. The "Chargers" mascot/nickname should stay with San Diego. The "Raiders" should stay with Oakland. Rams might be worth an exemption.
