No, it just releases the details of some of his practices. When I read this, I began to wonder why anyone hired him. Had he been suspended for 180 days and had to reapply for entry to the Kentuck Bar Association, that would have been catastrophic.

He'll have to inform all of his clients that he was suspended, but I don't anticipate any long-term effects for the Bulldog.

 

The Bulldog is likely headed for a career outside of law in a few months/years anyway.

My experience with Deters has been good but I have some friends that are on the other side of the Deters fence.
