All Play No Work
No home field no problem. Just play them all at a Big East college stadium that holds what 35,000?
theguru
As a fan that is great. Nippert is an awesome stadium for viewing a football game.
All Play No Work
As a fan that is great. Nippert is an awesome stadium for viewing a football game. Agree. Parking can be a hassle (well for a Moeller or Elder game, maybe not UC yet) but I hope they keep students tickets at a normal price.

cshs81
As a fan that is great. Nippert is an awesome stadium for viewing a football game. Agreed. The downside to this is lack of an "environment" due to so many empty seats.
NEERFAN
I agree with all the above, great venue but the atmosphere will be lacking since it will be well under capacity for a few games.

72birdman
I am surprised UC agreed to this...The cats will be embarrassed when Moeller out draws them every week.
NEERFAN
A few? I don't know their schedule, I was basing my opinion on the hopes that they may have Elder or X on their home turf.
gametime
With the Herbstreit and now Moeller all season UC is going to get a lot of free exposure to some big time talent. With the new facilities and an amazing training complex, it could be very big for the program...

mexitucky
As a fan that is great. Nippert is an awesome stadium for viewing a football game. Not to mention a lot closer than Mason, or whever else they played their home games.

With the new facilities and an amazing training complex, it could be very big for the program... You are absolutely right on the money. This is an incredibly smart move by UC. Moeller is again on the rise, they will bring in quality opponents, not to mention the local talent that will be on the visiting sidelines. While I've never been a UC basketball supporter, I've always wished the football program could catch up to the quality of the facility they play in on a more consistent basis. Good move Bearcats. KY1234
I agree that Moeller may lose that "environment". In my opinion, the idea sounds neat, but fans driving down to UC in the Clifton area on a Friday night does not sound like the greatest idea. I dont know if i would want to pack my team into a bus and go thru that every other week. What other options? Could they work out something with Indian Hill ? That is a great environment with turf and plenty of parking.
SOUTH
No home field no problem. Just play them all at a Big East college stadium that holds what 35,000? How much do they have to pay UC to use the field?
