volfan782000
Top 5 from both living there, coaching and recruiting, would be Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Fla., and though haven't lived there but have recruited it, Pa.
JC Alumni 76
My Top Three would be: 1.) Florida 2.) Texas 3.) California 4-10 are pretty much interchangable to me but i would think that Pennslyvania, Ohio, Georgia, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, and Alabama or Louisiana. colonel-fan
Who is creating the list you have? Needless to say, many of us find fault with it. I believe NFL.com did. One of the criterion was interest in the NFL if I'm not mistaken.

spindoc
Since this is my first post, I'm almost giddy, and since I used to live in Texas, I will go with Texas. In many towns they are miles and miles from other towns, especially in west Texas, and people drive from as far as 150 miles away to the "local" high school game. It's not just a game, it's an event. And the recent quality of athletes is second to none IMO!

While CA and FL produce a lot of talent, the interest per capita is probably not that high.

I would have used different criteria or atleast weighted some items heavier than others. I can say one thing for sure, there is no right or wrong answer because it all boils down to what criteria is used and how that criteria is weighted
