I don't agree with his point, but if you look at his bio he is a veteran and former member of special forces.

Maybe it's just me but I'd rather he had 1,000 extra bullets than see his pics. I would have emptied all magazines then hit him with a lamp.

My biggest question in all of this is why is this guy spending $50,000 a year to get a poli sci degree?

Do we as US citizens have a problem with HOW the enemy kills our soldiers? Or do we simply say "well, he/she's dead anyway - doesn't matter what they do the corpse?"

 

Would we be upset beyond our normal level if the enemy released pictures of a soldier who had been shot dead, burned, and hung in effigy?

I am of the opinion that unless it is being shown to bear witness to any atrocities occurring, a dead body does not need to be displayed.
