I didn't think UK, but this sucks.

K is absolutely crushing Cal on the recruiting trail.

Duke might be okay next year.

Nice to see Duke still getting studs.

There’s other factors but I think what tipped the momentum to K over Cal was the 2015 loss to Wisconsin by a 38-0 UK team in the Final Four. Wisconsin then celebrated their win over UK so much that they forgot they still had to beat Duke to win it all.

Duke won a title that year, same as 2010, that was largely seen as UK’s to lose.

I think if UK goes on and wins the title in ‘15 that they get the upper hand on a lot of these elites that Duke has been signing.

That’s only a hypnosis of mine, lol.

The other factors are K’s resume also includes his multiple NCAA titles and is an Olympic winning coach and a long list of other accomplishments. But Cal was matching or sometimes surpassing K in signing top 10-15 players up through that 2015 loss.
