Colonels_Wear_Blue
So for the sake of discussion, here's a list of the names mentioned thus far, between this thread and the thread about the Trinity press conference announcing Coach Beatty's retirement (with the exception of Chuck Smith, who is pretty unquestionably retired, and Brian Brohm & Kevin Wright, who we can all basically agree have moved past the point of coaching high school football with their college coaching jobs.) Sam Adams - Former Trinity offensive coordinator. Current head coach at Hillcrest High School in Alabama. Jay Cobb - Current Trinity defensive coordinator. Andrew Coverdale - Former offensive coordinator at Trinity, current offensive coordinator at St. Xavier in Cincinnati. Eddie Eviston - Former Newport Central Catholic head coach and Georgetown College offensive coordinator. Current Covington Catholic head coach. Stefan LeFors - Former UofL quarterback and Christian Academy Louisville head coach. Currently head coach at Parkview Baptist in Louisiana. Ty Scroggins - Former head coach at Central. Current offensive coordinator at DeSales. Brandon Smith - Current head coach at South Warren. Will Stein - Former Trinity/UofL quarterback and current QB coach at University of Texas at San Antonio.
Tigerpride94
Kevin Wright makes 250,000 at IU. Doubt he would take big pay cut to coach HS.

EastSideJunkie
I am a huge Sam Adams fans. Yes, both the brand of beer and the football coach. He's a young guy with an offensive mind and he's been a head coach. Team went 9-2 this season and put up some points. With that said, I would think from what I have heard the only guys on this list with a shot are: Eviston, Cobb and (perhaps just a little) Adams.
SHAMROCK69
Surprised no one has mentioned Coach Specht, and Coach Cov would come with him.

Why would Specht make that move? Personally I see Cincinnati St. Xavier as a better job than Trinity.

Colonels_Wear_Blue
Cincy St. X head coach Steve Specht is coaching at his alma mater. He's been the head coach for the Bombers since 2003 and has won 4 state championships there, in a state where the large school state championship, like it or not, has tougher competition than it does in Kentucky. He also generally has more stiff competition locally (Colerain, Elder, LaSalle, Moeller, Fairfield, Middletown) than Louisville generally provides for Trinity. Aside from having a chance to potentially offer him a higher salary than he makes at Cincy St. X, the only advantage Trinity has over Cincy St. X is the fact that Kentucky allows out of state players to compete, and Ohio does not.
