He is a great kid!

Very refreshing. Difficult not to root for.

This was a very nice interview. You are correct Clyde, he seems to know where his skill set is at this time. He still has another year to work on certain areas of his game, but at this time he seems to know which direction he is headed in.

Easy to root for a kid like BH. Good kid and seems to "get it".

Brandon's a big time competitor on the court and a really good dude off the court. Always very polite and grounded when I've been around him.

Agree on all previous accounts. Love watching his game and doesn't seem to think he's bigger than the game. Thoroughly enjoy watching him play. Hope he achieves all he wants and good luck to the kid.

 

Those youngsters at DHHS could learn a lot from him.

I've only seen him play a couple of times but I really enjoy his game. He seems to be a very smart player, which is refreshing.

I thought it was a nice interview & I think he represented Dixie Basketball/his high school very well. I cannot help but root for BH and Dixie in the tourney. Seems like a quality kid!

Why would won root against a kid anyway? If a kid character is bad you would still want to root that he/she turns out fo the better.

 

We agree. I never root AGAINST a kid - even turds. Some , though, I do root FOR.

Solomon, you took the words out of my mouth on the 'grounded' comment. Seems like a very down to Earth kid whose going to be a successful college player (and seemingly a successful person as well if that interview is any indication of his overall character). Most kids in his situation would love to give a laundry list of schools who had shown even the slightest hint of interest in them, but he seems to have very realistic, practical expectations and appears perfectly content with that.

I've got to know BH a little over the last couple years and he is a great kid. He is very level headed and understands his current skill set and ability. He is definitely someone that makes it easy to root for him.
