Colonels_Wear_Blue
Per the Pendleton County vs. Robertson County final score thread. This one deserves its own thread, for sure. That's a HUGE accomplishment! His 53 points last night put him over the 3,000 mark with 3,044 career points, and slid him in at #30 on the all-time career high point scorers in Kentucky. Tones
Would people think it is bad form to allow Dontaie to go for the record? The assumption being that if PC is up big that Dontaie would continue to play and continue to score. I for one do not think it would be out of line to allow the kid to chase history even if that means blowing some less talented teams out.
VernonMaxwell86
Dontaie has missed 23 games in his varsity career. He could have had a chance at "King" Kelly Coleman if not for injuries!

Another thing that was pointed out to me by a high scoring player from the past: There was no 1 and 1 for fouls. That can contribute to a lot of extra free throws over the course of a career. The Double Deuce
Interesting to me, and I AM NOT HATING ON ANYONE, how few of these big-time scorers played in Louisville, Lexington, or NKY where there is a more consistent level of opposition. *bracing for impact*
