I don't know much about Allen...is he a big time DI recruit? If so, who is he looking at? UK?? How big is he and what position does he play?? 3 or 4 or 5?

At PC he plays 1,2,3,4,&5. Probably a 2,3 at UK. Coach Belcher tells me he is a legit 6'7'; but I suspect that is in shoes. Besides being a great player, he is a gym rat and really sees the floor. Some question him getting on the floor at UK. I suspect he is going to contribute quite impressively.

He fits the profile that Cal likes. That is why he gets the scholly and other recent top level Kentucky kids have not.

It is what it is. Your comment is correct and no one should have any problem with the reality of your statement. But he's made the best of the cards that were dealt to him and could have taken other options. Its commendable and shows there are different paths to success.
