PurplePride92
The Rockets curb stomped the Spurs last night. Can San Antonio rebound and prove that game 1 was a fluke or do they have a serious problem on their hands? Does anyone know why Kawhi wasn't guarding Harden? mcpapa
Baron Davis and Chuck called this during the pre-game.
Getslow
Houston's backcourt is so much better and SA's front court is old as heck. Not a good matchup here. Could still go six games but I think Houston's got this.
SnottieDrippen
Does anyone know why Kawhi wasn't guarding Harden? Because he can't.
PurplePride92
Because he can't. But he's the best defender in the league.....
sweet16
Rockets may win the series but it is just one game.
SnottieDrippen
But he's the best defender in the league..... Maybe Pop will triple team Harden with Kawhi and his DPOY trophies in game 2. Was Kawhi supposed to be checking Ariza last night?

Not sure. I saw him on Anderson mostly. Ariza played good too though.....
Science Friction
Pop will figure it out. Don't ever count out the Spurs!
ggclfan
I don't think one game ever defines a series. If the Spurs take care of business in game 2, this will be a great series...if not, it could be over quickly. Houston is so dependent on making 3's that if they are cold, they are very beatable...if they are hot like last night, they are not. Same goes with Golden State...and Boston to a lesser extent. NEERFAN
Pop was in a good mood during the presser. You won't win many games when you are outscored by 39 from the arc.
halfback20
Still think Kahwi can't guard Harden?
SnottieDrippen
Still think Kahwi can't guard Harden? Yes. Harden didn't look engaged at all last night. Kawhi will receive credit for that. I still think Harden is better offensively than Kawhi is defensively.
Sportslover32
Kawhi has proven that he's the second best player in the world.
TheDeuce
I'm a big Kawhai fan. He's not the second best player in the world.
