Congrats to Trent Prewitt (NL), Adrian Wardrup (NL), Raymond Shears (NL), Josh Miller (NL) and Tyler Vaughn (SL) all representing Laurel County. I cannot believe no one from Harlan County or Letcher County made the list. Two solid teams winning without stars I guess.

The list I saw had around 15 players on it. He should've been mentioned to say the least. Missing 3-4 games is not that bad.

That isn't more impressive, that is just common sense. T has one the largest populations of males in the state, therefore, it isn't impressive at all that they are doing it in the correct classification. 20 state champions out of 10 years with a possible 8-12 teams at the State Title Game each year, that is what is NOT impressive. Roughly 90 teams.

To Boyle County fans: Bell County doesn"t discriminate they make every visiting team film coaches and all in the away bleachers. Very bad accomadations when there is a big press box. To Bell County fans: How on earth did you realistically expect Boyle County to allow you to put up a helmet on their field in the semis? It is home field advantage for a reason and what is wrong with filming on the away side your team makes their opponents film the same way. Again it is nothing but pure arrogance from some fans to expect Boyle to let you act like a home game. Bell Co. Fans know they strive off of intimidation and that us exactly why they ran out next to Boyle, it is all about timing when coming out of the lockerroom after a huge pregame speech from Coach Hilton. Bell knows how to win no doubt and those measures help but you can't expect it on the road.

6A - Most competitive and probably the only full game campetitive. 3A - Good until the half when Somerset pulls away big. 4A - Fairly a good game throughout. 5A - Close game till the 4th quarter when HHS wins by 3 TD's. 2A - Ft. Campbell is too strong. 1A - No one can touch LCA in WKY 1A. Least competitive.

The system is fine and it is actually starting to resemble what used to be the best format that we were all used to in the mid-to-late 90's. With the exception of 6 classes. I'm amazed at how many radicals have shown up on BGP these last few weeks in terms of football. Shorten football, I mean why did anyone who feels that way pay for a BGP membership? I can only figure the only football fans who would want to eliminate 2 playoff games are those fans whose teams always get to a regional finals, newsflash.....that would seriously destroy KY High School Football in a couple of years in relation to other states.

It amazes me how some people on here are such sticklers, I mean let's call this like it is. The coaches deserve a day off to network and spend a day amongst their statewide co-workers and go to the coaches clinic, schedule games, talk football, etc. Some people on here act as if they are the Super of the schools and hold the budget in their hands. Why do people even want to argue about this, instead of just saying of course they deserve to go the climatic end of the their season and why bring math/science teachers into this anyway, if people want to pretend they don't go to seminars, etc and subs are called in then they are kidding themselves.

It would not feel bigger if they allowed only lower level seating. I'd say that is around 30,000 - 35,000 seats ideal. Turf is still an issue however.

That is fine but they are, however you are entitled to your own opinion. Not sure what that really has to do with people being educated, ust because you don't consider Pulaski a mountain school, they should be educated? Very stereotypical and HHS fans should expect that kind of flack from schools who do not have any post season success because all they have ever heard is rumors and speculation on HHS and their enrollment. EKY people can be educated as well.

I'm sure HHS has to face this question everytime they face a new team in the playoffs that they've never faced before from EKY.

While Highlands is an overwhelming favorite, there is no need to gloat. There are tons of teams that would wish to be Region Champs playing HHS.

They've got 2 very capable 5 stars that can do that, they just need an Offensive Coordinator that will allow it. Congrats on a great offer. It would probably be the furthest D1 scholly a KY High School Football Player has ever accepted.
