Denver is a great fit for him and he knows it. He will not be forced to play at QB right away. He will be learning the system while playing sparingly at QB in a few formations and I'd look for Denver to bring out a new set/formation that the NFL hasn't seen before where Tebow will be utilized as the MAIN guy and his status booms into what will eventually be a starting role in a couple of years.

I haven't been a fan of Tebow either, as previously stated because of his college, however as a person I feel he is great. If he were not, tabloids would be eating him alive. He was under constant eyes in Florida and if he were to go out on the town get drunk, etc, it would be all over the news and media. I'd say he is one of the most watched people in America. With that said, I know none of us know him but the image he displays and the lack of slander or proof of any wrongdoings during his 4 year stint or even in high school as a highly touted recruit would lead us to believe it is not a front a he puts on. Sometimes he does sound FAKE, but that would be us judging a man that we know nothing about, right?

I'm done. Critisizing the Broncos decisions from here on out. Jon Gruden, who I feel is a top 5 coach in the NFL and a better man than most in the league has sold me. I'm going to just get behind every McDaniel move and either sink or swim with them. I don't know why, because I did not like Tebow one bit in college (mainly because of UF) but this move just made me feel good inside. I'm glad he is Denver and I actually like the Thomas draft at WR over Dez Bryant. Go Broncos!

You asked for contenders, not winners. And Ft. Thomas has down years where they aren't loaded with supreme talent.

What does the crowd size have to do with single A school kids getting to play on a level playing field as everyone else? Bad idea. Keep them with the rest of the classes and who cares what the crowd looks like. It looks sad for all the teams IMO, but that is neither here nor there when discussing the best playing field for the State Championships.

Not speaking for him but constantly being in the spotlight on every media outlet was/is a big start. Being favored for the Final 4 and winning the SEC for a record amount of times in the regular season and tournament also. Beating UNC, UCONN, etc 2000 wins, etc. UK is now in the promised land.

:thumb: Exactly. We can't win the title every year and I don't expect to either. Winning 30+ games after the last couple of years was so awesome. The players attitudes this year and character made this team so much fun for every fan. Sure we ONLY got an elite 8, but that pales in comparision to all the other stuff mentioned. It was a fun, fun year. Great kids! I'll save the :dancingpa for tomorrow at 1:30 just in case Teague pulls a fast one.
