  1. Bowling Green dominated every part of this game. Greenwood is no slouch, but the they had no chance in this game. Purples QB Clark Payne was 13 of 15 for 335 yards and 4 touchdowns...in the 1st half. The defense was the best I've seen in years. They are clicking on all cylinders right now and I don't think anybody will beat them this season.
  2. i thought Graves County would put up a better fight. Owensboro is getting better at the right time, as usual.
  3. Purples up 22-0 end of 1st quarter. Purples defense dominating Gators.
  4. I'm of the opinion that all who transferred should sit out a year, unless they moved to the school district they want to play in. Life is not always fair. You can't run away from some things. If they were really team players, they would have stayed with the program. JMO.
  5. Greenwood runs the ball and then runs the ball some more. They have attempted only 29 passes all season. They need a passing game to compete with the Purples. I think the Purples get a running clock in the 3rd quarter.
  6. I would give the edge to Trinity, but I think it would be a great game.
  7. I guess I will have to carry the banner for the left. A Trump victory could lead to a financial meltdown and a war. No thanks.
  8. 31-10 Trinity. Same score that Purples beat St. X.
  9. Payne's numbers last night were amazing. The Bowling Green linemen gave Payne all night to throw the ball. Luke Brown also had a career night. He caught six passes for 234 yards and four touchdowns. The Purples are rolling along and crushing everyone in their path.
  10. Franklin Simpson should be #1. The stars are lined up in their favor. After watching the Greenwood and South Warren games, I'm a believer! They should have lost both of those games, but somehow, they won both of them. My money's on the Wildcats.
  11. I really don't think they can keep this game close. I think there will be a running clock in the 3rd quarter.
  12. High school football in Kentucky must be in pretty good shape, if this is all they can find wrong!
  13. You are correct sir. This years team would have beaten the 2014 Bowling Green team by 30.
  14. If South keeps this up, they will have Warren Central numbers before you know it.
  15. Trinity rolls in this one. PRP is good, but not Trinity good. Shamrocks 45-14.
  16. We all wish them the best. I moved to Bowling Green over 30 years ago and have not missed a Bowling Green vs Warren Central game since I got here. Coming from Whitley County, football was not a big sport. I was amazed at the difference in high school football. It was on a different level and those Central vs BG games were usually epic. I hope Central can turn it around sooner than later. You hate to lose a rivalry like that.
  17. Just wondering if the McCracken County student section were chanting "we want Pulaski" at the Mayfield game on Friday.
  18. John Hardin beat Warren Central 69-0 a couple weeks ago. They said John Hardin was taking knees with about 6 minutes left in the game. It's hard not to run up the score on some teams. I've been wondering what the Purples will do to our friends at Warren Central next week. It won't be pretty.
