If it's half the game they played last year, it will be worth the admission. I believe this years Purples team is better than last years team. I'm not sure St. X can say the same thing. Bowling Green 28 - 14.

St. X won't have trouble getting fired up for next weeks game with Bowling Green. The Purples have beaten the Tigers four years in a row. It should be a great game, as usual.

Christian County may be improved, but so are the Purples. Some folks still don't think the Purples are an elite program. They've had one bad game in four years. They might as well jump on the bandwagon because it's not gonna change. Purples 35-14.

Most ridiculous poll ever. Putting South Warren ahead of a team(your team) that has lost two games in four years and destroyed a decent Monroe County squad is unbelievable. I think you're trying too hard to be fair. South Warren hasn't won anything. A win over a down John Hardin team is all it takes. Beating Paducah Tilghman last year means nothing. South Warren ranked over your own Purples is blasphemy!!! Say it ain't so...

Looking forward to next months game at BGHS. After last years game, this one could be a classic. The Red Devils worry me more than St. X. That's a good thing.

I hope the rivalry can get back to the days of old. We took a beating from many great Owensboro teams and it felt great when we came out on top. Looking forward to many great games.

Taylor County is no pushover and probably is the favorite in this game. I think Adair County will win this game, but it will be a lot closer than 20 points.

I'll take Owensboro by 10. The Red Devils return a lot of starters from the 4A state runner-up team. Both teams have new coaches. That makes it tougher to pick. These two teams are the only ones that schedule Bowling Green regardless of class. I hate to see either lose. We have a great rivalry with both teams.

I think the Purples will win, but I'd really like to get on that big yellow bus.

Unfortunately for Pulaski County, 5A is much better this year because of redistricting. I like them against Jeffersonville by 10 points. They should roll until the playoffs. Having to potentially beat Highlands and Bowling Green two weeks in a row is a tough road for any team in the bluegrass.
