It really doesn't matter. Everybody is proud of their team at this point in the season. Reality doesn't set in until Friday night. The ride home will not be quite as fun as the ride down.

I believe South Warren can beat any team in 4A by two touchdowns. A team only giving up 325 yards all year and someone comes on here and say Shelby County will put 300 rushing yards on them is unbelievable. Sounds like something Dr. Lecter would say about Trinity. Good luck to Shelby County. They will need it.

It used to be the kids all looked forward to getting to play on turf. It won't be long before they will be looking forward to playing on grass. Old School!

I haven't seen many Fern Creek fans online. Will they bring any fans with them. It's a pretty big game for their program. They need a Purple88 for their team to let everybody know what's up!

South Warren will crush any team in 4A. They will be in 5A soon enough.

Pulaski County plays several players both ways. That has hurt them in the past and may be a factor Friday night. Pulaski County isn't the fastest team in the state either, but they have the heart of a champion and talent to back it up. I think PC wins 35-21.

I think the Purples win this one 28-7. Their offense is balanced, their defense is clicking on all cylinders, and they have one of the best coaching staffs in the state. Love'em or hate'em, they're pretty darn good!

Purples defense put on a clinic tonight. Three stops inside the 5 yard line in the first half only giving up two field goals. Four interceptions, two going for touchdowns. Offense played well in spurts. It was a very stout defense and an iffy game plan by Owensboro that spelled defeat for the Red Devils.

The only thing that surprises me is that 7 of the 32 voters think North Laurel will win this game and it's at Pulaski County???

Scott has impressed me more than Johnson Central this year. I'll take Scott in a mild upset at home. That place will be rocking!

These two teams have been playing each other forever. They know each other pretty well. They've played a little basketball against each other over the years, as well. If we have to lose to anyone, I hope it's Owensboro.

John Hardin wins again. They get their shot at South Warren again whether they want to or not. I know they want to.

For weeks I've thought Owensboro Catholic was playing great and had a shot at the title and then I realized Mayfield was in 2A. Im not saying they have no shot, but it is Mayfield! Mayfield 21-7.

I think Franklin Simpson has a chance in this game. They have a lot of history and pride down in Franklin. This isn't the same team SW faced earlier in the year. The Spartans should win, but it's not a done deal. At least I hope not.

That was Jamals break out game and most of that came in the 2nd half. Owensboro beat us in the 1st half. All I know, if it is close at halftime, nobody, I repeat, nobody in the state is better at making adjustments than Bowling Green. If they lose, I feel safe to say it probably wasn't because of the coaching.

Purples 28-21. I think these two teams match up pretty well. I think the Purples passing game is a little better.
