AverageJoesGym
Casey is the two seed. Plays the loser of Powell and Estill at home. Suprised by this one. Congrats Casey, has the tiebreaker already been decided? Wayne, Casey and Garrard are all 3-2 in district.

Yeah, Casey gets it. They've got an insurmountable lead in points over Garrard and Wayne. It would appear as of now that Garrard has the third spot and Wayne fourth, although next week's games will likely factor in. Disappointing night for Garrard tonight. Casey just ran it down the Lions throat. It was 14-7 Casey at half and Garrard tried an onside kick to start the second half. Lions didn't recover and Casey marched 50 yards to score. By the end of the third it was 26-7 and the Rebels scored on the first play of the fourth to make it 32-7. Lions offense started to click a little in the fourth quarter but it was far too late. One problem the Garrard offense had was they could not get on the field. Casey had to have a huge lead in time of possession. They recovered two squib kicks that eliminated Garrard drives before they could begin. On the whole just a disappointing night.

Never hosted a playoff game and have never won. They have been really close on a couple of occasions: 2000 - Larue County 55, Casey County 8 2002 - Larue County 49, Casey County 7 2003 - Western 27, Casey County 24 2005 - Western 63, Casey County 35 2006 - Wayne County 20, Casey County
Rebelmedia
The only thing shocking about Casey County's season is that they lost to Wayne County on October 1. They have dominated most opponents up front all season and have averaged around 400 yards of offense all season. I knew the Rebels were going to beat Garrard County as soon as last year's game ended. Those boys were so close last year and after living a year with a two point loss to the Lions in '09, nothing was going to stop them this year. GO REBS!
