Frankfort 34 Campbellsville 0

Recommended Posts

Frankfort dominated. E.J. Fields had two really long TD runs, he was Frankfort's MVP. Morgan the little LB'er is a heck of a player for Frankfort, he was everywhere on D. Shumari Bridgewater was huge disappointment for me tonight. He ran straight up in the air and got lit up multiple times. The only player's who really were gamers tonight were the other Bridgewater and #24 McCubbin who was Campbellsville's MVP. Frankfort's OL was impressive and dominated most of the night although they did get called for holding a couple of times. Campbellsville is not very good right now. #25 for C'Ville is probably their best back and he had a huge cast on one of his arms.

That would be an affirmitive on that. Benefit of a saturday where two of your district foes are being showcased in the same Bowl festivities. Sounds like both of them are having the same kind of night we did last night. What were the bright spots for C'ville? They had to have some to be ranked as high as they were.

Frankkfort made to many mistakes on the offensive side of the ball in the second quarter. Game could have ben worse. Fields had 8 carries for 271 yards. FHS rushed for 500 yards tonight.

Jordan Morgan led the defense to night. He was everywhere.

C-villes Bridgewater was a disapointment. He didn't want the ball. He was held to 41 yards. @ 22 of those yards came on the last play vs the JV.

^Michael McCubbin #24 is a stud. He made at least 15 stops. Had an acrobatic catch and ran 3 kicks at least 30+ yards. The QB for Campbellsville throws a very wobbly ball and didn't make good decisions. #25 for C'ville seems to be the best back for C'ville he is big and fast but with his arm in a cast he didn't get many touches. The defense caught the RB's all night. The other Bridgwater looked very good as a DL. #33 for Campbellsville needs to get tougher he got trapped and blocked all night, both of Fields runs were on his side. There really were not many positives for C'ville. Williamsburg has a much better offensive system. My only concern is if they can stop the run. But based upon what I saw tonight. Williamsburg > C'Ville. (slightly)
