Did the bluebirds ring the bell before they took the field? The last ones that rang it that I know of was Bullit East during the playoffs several years ago...

Man did anyone see #7 after he scored on the INT. He came into the back of the endzone so fast that when he got to the fence he collided with a guy ( I heard it was his dad) and split the guys lip. It hyped up him, his dad, and the rest of the team I think! classic moments like that make me love the game even more..And this happened right beside me. lol. and I hope his mouth is ok. But I know he will cherish that moment..

Good to see all the BGP members out tonight Guru, Watusi, Rebel, and Purplepride great to hook up with all of you..And thanks for the tailgating. Great crowd by the Rebels and the Bluebirds tonight!

Fun game to watch. Highlands QB should have winchester somewhere on his arm cause the young man has a rifle arm. Bluebirds O-line and D-line were smaller than I expected but tougher than raw chitlins in the second half. Rebels are gonna be hard to handle after a couple more games and played with a lot of heart tonight, but you could see them slowly wearing down on this hot and sticky night. The pick six was awesome to watch and was my highlight for the night. And finally knowing a little history of this rivalry my hat is off to the Bluebird program for taking the knees at the end of the game. this showed a lot of class!!
