Voice of Reason
Pretty much, that's it. But they spin easier and much longer than you'd expect. :lol2: Okie dokie ... enjoy.
Beechwoodfan
Are they actually allowed in the classroom? If so, are they just for autistic children or can any child bring them?

HammerTime
Are they actually allowed in the classroom? If so, are they just for autistic children or can any child bring them? Lately I've seen most schools have banned them for everyone.
Jumpman4004
Lately I've seen most schools have banned them for everyone. It is suppose to help kids focus in class, problem is kids just focus on spinner and still don't focus on their work.
True blue (and gold)
I must be the only teacher that doesn't mind them. :lol2: However, I also don't see the fascination with them.
CincySportsFan
We've got a couple of them at home. My 14 year old son, who has ADHD, can spin that thing for an hour and never look at it. He'll watch tv, watch YouTube on his phone, or even read (with book on the desk) with the thing. And I'll have to say, if the other one is near me and I pick it up, I can do the same thing...and I don't even have ADD. His teachers at school have had a mixed reaction to them. Some don't mind them (as long as you're not making noise with it...ie dropping it), while others allow it, but want it out of sight (under the table). And then there's one who's outright banned them from her room.

plantmanky
They work great when you throw them at someone and bust their head open, that's what happened at the wife's school. Banned immediately after and have been added to the weapons list.
HammerTime
I must be missing something....:idunno: No not really, you just spin them on your finger that's it. :lol2:
