Runcible Owl
RP, are you reading MOTYOE as a prelude to seeing the new movie, or are you a Christie fan in general? Recommend And Then There Were None too.
Randy Parker
RP, are you reading MOTYOE as a prelude to seeing the new movie, or are you a Christie fan in general? Recommend And Then There Were None too. First Christie read for me, but yes, this was motivated by the movie. But I am familiar with And Then There Were None. Runcible Owl
First Christie read for me, but yes, this was motivated by the movie. But I am familiar with And Then There Were None. I think you'll like it. I read several a few years ago, then preferred watching adaptations on Poirot with David Suchet on PBS. There's an interesting connection between the two books, but I'll let you be the detective. I'll take in the new movie at some point. It'll have to do a lot to top this version - Murder on the Orient Express (1974) - IMDb
hoops5
NKY author Stacie Haas has released this book. Her son is classmates with my youngest. Pretty cool.
swamprat
Dan Brown - Origin. I figured it out way too early. I need to clarify this. I figured out the main plot way early in the book. The thing with the King at the end, kind of caught me off guard.

mcpapa
I agree! Wonderful authors-the apple didn't fall far from the tree;) Dave Robicheaux is one of the great protagonists in modern crime fiction. And Clete Purcell isn't far behind.
