Randy Parker
Final from the Beach Ball Classic per Kal Oakes. Cox Mill was ranked #20 in the country and was undefeated coming into this one.
Randy Parker
Lorenzo Williams had 18 & Bryce Long 17 for the Cardinals. Michael Moreno suffered an injury of some kind. Scott County moves to semifinals tomorrow at 7:00.

All State Baseball
Big win for Scott County. Way to represent Kentucky! Coach Hicks needs to take those boys out to a fancy restaurant and pay the tab.
gold sunrise
Love the Beachball tourney. Some of the best talent with lots of D 1 commits. Great win for Scott Co.

PurplePride92
Maybe they will run the table. Huge win made bigger knowing they did it without Moreno. It will take a Herculean effort from any team in KY to beat them. Including Trinity. Seems like it is being reported as a foot injury of some sort. I haven’t seen anything regarding how serious. PurplePride92
Kal Oakes is reporting that Moreno has a fracture in his foot and the timeline for recovery is 4-6 weeks. Sometimes sooner. The good news is that it won’t be season ending for him.

The good news is that it won’t be season ending for him. That is unfortunate he will be out that long. I am glad we will see him again before the season is finished. With him out, it does bring the Cardinals a little bit back to the rest of Kentucky, but not enough to see them lose.

Even more so if David Johnson isn’t playing.

Yes, Scott County is strong, but no Moreno, no running the table.

tcjkbt
Arguably the top 3 players in the state are sidelined with injuries when you add in Allen from Pendleton County.
