The Professor
Moving to the big city. Whatever happened to Cordia closing? I haven’t heard much about it lately but I’m sure Alice Whitaker will fight the closing of the school to the end. She loves the school and community. Wireman
He still has high school eligibility? How old is that kid at this point? I thought Cordia was shut down? Do they still even have a basketball program? I have way more questions than answers.
2-3-Zone
He was a senior, he had no other choice to leave. He graudated and if I'm not mistaking, he was named valedictorian. Cordia School shut building was down this past school year, but was still a school as a whole in a different building in Knott Co.

The Professor
Cordia finished the school year last year in another Knott County district school building, I think an elementary school. They played their basketball games at the old Hindman High School gym, which is actually still a nice facility to be as old as it is. But as far as what has been decided for the upcoming school year I haven’t heard any news. I was under the assumption the school would be permanently closed and the students become part of the Knott County Central High and its elementary school system.
