If you want to know about 2A, the smart money is on me. I've been right the last 5 years. Not to brag or anything.

I expect this to be a much better game than the first. Belfry better be ready to play or there will be some mad people on Pond Creek.

Stats are overrated, imo. Last year Bobby Owens led the state in rushing through 10 games, but I would venture to say he was nowhere near the Top 20 runners in the state. By the way, I'm not making an argument for or against either back. I'm just saying that personally, I would think seeing both backs play against a close to equal opponent would be about the best comparison a person could make.

Possibly...I've only seen highlights of him & have seen his stat sheet on Rivals & Scout. Good size, great speed (defending 100m champ in AA), and I really like the way he runs. Actually, he runs quite a bit like Clark, just a little faster.

I've heard this used to happen at an independent EKY school all the time, and I've also heard it happens at a certain CKY school.

Unity is the premise in this discussion...being different (however different is defined) doesn't help unity.

I think average attendanc is about 7500, so I'd expect about 6000. Who wants to watch a team with big 3A enrollment whip up on a small 2A school anyway?

I do expect a better game, and I hope the "B" factor plays into the equation.

Also, I think Doug Howard ran for approximately 5400 yards & 90 TDs, both would put him in the current record books, but the stats have never been turned in. I sure would like to see those records brought to the KHSAA's attention.

Dustin's got my vote as one of the best all-around players in the mountains. There aren't a lot of guys as effective on both sides of the ball as May. Corey Chapman deserves some props, too. Pound-for-pound the hardest hitter on the Pirate squad.

Cursing in front of kids, and cursing at kids are totally different. Cursing in front of kids is OK, as long as it is infrequent. Cursing at kids is totally inappropriate and I see no need for it at all.
