Unreal.

Very shocking.

No excuse for Pikeville to lose to a team they beat by 30+ a few weeks ago. Should be a lot of gossip around Pikeville for the next few weeks. I look for a cakewalk to the regional championship for Somerset next week.

I agree WindexMan,

Coach J will be forced into this thread.

Why did Pikeville keep stopping the clock with timeouts in the last drive for Hazard leading 14-12?

Or was that reported wrong?

Yes he will. With the key word being "forced". I dont think he will have much of an excuse except that they were definately overlooking the Bulldogs.

Maybe they were hoping to have at least a little time left after the field goal. Who knows. I would believe the last timeout was probably to "ice" the FG kicker but with Coach Jackson your guess is as good as mine.

Hard to beat some teams twice in a season, especially if you start looking ahead.....

Now Hazard has Somerset, Pikeville is at home, and next week could be real ugly for the Dogs.

I believe The clock was allready stopped because HAzard was getting out of bounds or stopped by penalty.

In the updates it seemed like someone said that Pikeville was using time-outs during the last 30 seconds.

I understand. Hard to read updates and follow along sometimes. Thanks ITG.

Perhaps Daddy Cat, but Pikeville fans (and I think fairly) will demand accountability from the staff.

Pikeville's players were very good and should not have exited early IMO.

I agree this is a game Pikeville should have won...

No excuses just another disappointing season for Pikeville football as far as I'm concerned...

We did the same thing at Paintsville last year. We spotted the Tigers 20+ points before we even started playing. Sometimes things happen. I thought Pikeville was calling timeouts, too. If they were, they should be questioned about the sensibility in it...
