One from the Northern Kentucky Baseball Coaches Association(the old ninth region-Scott, Simon kenton, Campbell Co Brossart etc) the Kentucky Post, and the Enquirer. Heck all these guys could win one!! (then we could all just get along, maybe,lol

I have watched a fair number of games and follow the papers, and I will tell you, compare the numbers of Garrett Wagner from Ryle to these others. He is a leadoff hitter so the RBI's and HR's are not there but other than that he is right there. I would like to see what his OBP is. His stats are in the enquirer today.

I disagree, if you can hit with wood you can mash with metal. Any college would see this. Great advantage to learn to hit early with wood. Most young high draft choices have to go to rookie ball to learn to hit with wood also.

Not to take away from a 7-0 start, but their schedule really has not been the toughest so far. Lots of single A schools. I guess coaches are looking at that.

Well, with no school on tue they are allowed to schedule that many. I guess, why schedule them if you are not wanting to play? Really makes no sense to me. It does not look like they will be over their game limit. I just do not see the reason to cancel. From an outsider looking in it just looks fishy

I wonder why HC had four games scheduled mon-thurs it is against KHSAA rules to play those four days in a row while school is in session.

After reading the box score I find it hard to believe O Catholic would issue an intenional walk to get to Curly in the ninth. That is not the scouting report I have read.

I am assuming that the game is being played today sometime? If not when? Also does anyone know what the dates for the final 8, semi, and finals are set for?

If I was a high school coach, and any player had a say in hiring me I would not take the job. It would not be worth it.
