It is more of a convenience issue than a poverty one if you ask me. Sunday afternoon game about 30 minutes away that is relatively expensive isn't as appealing to your average high schooler than if the Region final were on a Friday night down the road at Conner or Ryle. Not justifying it, I just think that is what is at play here a little bit. Side note: How sad is it that this thread has more posts than the game thread? Talk about taking away from the team...
