Congradulations Pirates!! They had this game won from the minute it started :scared: WOW What a team to watch. Its just week after week after week. I know we have played "some" weak teams but...not all of them were. Freshman have been in every varsity game this year!!! Belfrys starting D has still not been scored on! Keep it up Pirates :thumb:

I don't have a dog in this race but I pay my $$ to post my opinion just like everybody else. l am and will continue to read and keep up with 2A till the end. I like to know whats going on with 2A and I like to know whats going on when Im pulling for a team thats not mine. I was basically impartial. NICE POST! :thumb: Just to clarify...the tailgate isn't held in the main parking lot, it's actually held in the softball parking lot so as not to be in the way. Nobody provides anything for us, we just all pitch in and bring burgers and dogs, a dish and drinks and have a good time! We started with about 20 people last year and now we are up to about 75-100! This is our 2nd season and Friday should be our biggest ever with some Russell fans joining us. The radio station said they would be broadcasting live beginning at 5:30 from the tailgate party. Bring a dish and come join the fun! :dancingpa

I saw that live and I saw that on overtime :sssh: Everybody saw that :lol: . I kind of disagree with it having nothing to do with the outcome of the game though. First let me say SC played an awesome game and came to win. And Belfry did lay down. Congrads SC :thumb: But I do think calls like that get to the boys AND that play did lead them to their first score. They won in OT by 1 TD. Sooo I dont know about that not affecting the outcome. But Belfry should have stayed on their toes a 3 touchdown lead is not a guarenteed win in the 3rd!
