Russell doesn't have track stars,, but they definately have speed all over the field. Russell has an EXCELLENT RUN DEFENSE!

Mercer Co. is defintely a team that is just spanking everybody that they are playing. Russell will defintely have to play their best game of the season to have a chance, but I have all the confidence in the world in Coach McGlone and his staff.

Devils will win this game .... Devil staff is a good as any in the state ...

 

Cannot say enough about the coaching .. these kids are prepared and in postion to make plays .... Dominated the Red Army ...

 

Start sizing the rings .... Mercer could win this game , but the monkey is heavy and you folks have to beat the Devil players and coaching ...

.....not that this will make it to the bulletin board or anything. :sssh: I think I'll save this one for future reference.

Haven't seen either team but I've seen tons of clips on KYT of the Mercer Titans and they seem to have one heck of a backfield plus a great coach in Jaggers. On the other side you have the Devils and they must be pretty good since they are defending champs, I think Mercer goes into the game as the biggest favorite of the four games but I wouldn't be suprised if Russell comes out on top.

I think Russell has a shot in this one. Stopping Mercer Co won't be easy but this one should be a dandy and could be somewhat of a low scoring game.

Mercer is the "Juggernaut" that every team hopes to beat.. I think Russell is strong enough on the line to make a nice game of it come Dec 1.
