Ashland couldn't do much tonight.

It was all Shawn Grim with about 283 yards rushing.

JC is 9-0

Wow JC is the clear cut favorite and best team by far in this district.Congrats to them and look foward to seeing them next week.

Well I guess now that the game was played by the players we know who has the best team. No question..

Great win for JC. :ylsuper:

Domination.

That is the only applicable word for Johnson Central's performance tonight. This game was never indoubt from the first play of the game in which Grimm took it about 75 yards for the score.

I was impressed with Ashland's QB. He looked good tonight. The Tomcat's o-line also played well, giving him all day to throw. JC's secondary really stepped up with about three interceptions.

The thing that surprised me tonight was the play of Matt Thomas. He was highly touted coming into this game. And after getting hit in the mouth he seemed to not want the football. He was tentative, dancing around in the backfield and looked as though he was afraid to hit the hole hard.

Great performance by the Golden Eagles.

Tough loss for the Tomcats. Congrats to JC on a big win. Good luck to both teams the rest of the way and into the playoffs.

I just wonder if the Ashland fans will come out of hiding now...

Wow. I look for JC to make some serious noise in the AAA play-offs. Love to see an Eastern Kentucky team make it to the carpet again.

Guess the weak schedule theory can FINALLY be put to rest....JC is for real and IMO, can compete with anyone in 3a...

Several are probable on suicide watch. You know who they are.

Not surprised by the JC victory, but I didn't think it would be by 4 touchdowns.

Impressive showing for JC.

Let's not go there already tonight.

Guess the weak schedule theory can FINALLY be put to rest....

I don't know about that...some might say we still haven't played anyone... .

Sorry about that...just couldn't resist.

Ashland is a quality team that was just beaten by another quality team.

Go Eagles!!!

Congrats to Johnson Central on the win.:thumb:
